Getting Ready

Stephanie and Thomas started the day getting ready with their friends and family. Stephanie got ready in the gorgeous, airy bridal suite while Thomas got ready in the man-cave groom suite. The flat lay and details were stunning, to say the least. From the invitation suites to Stephanie’s jewelry, it was all perfection.

First Look

Thomas and Stephanie shared a private first look and private vows under the pines. It was was a beautiful and genuine moment. Thomas’ reaction to seeing Stephanie was so touching and sweet. He was so excited to see her. Their love for each other truly showed through their words. If you are on the fence about doing private vows or notes to each other, I would HIGHLY recommend doing this.

Wedding Party and Family

Thomas and Stephanie had a fun and ready to party wedding party. They were down for all my ideas and were truly there to celebrate Thomas and Stephanie. They are so blessed with such a great group! Tip for getting the wedding party loose, play music while taking wedding party photos. I always ask the group what kind of music they like and it always seems to take the load off. Their family was just as enthusiastic as their wedding party.

Ceremony

Stephanie and Thomas’ ceremony was an outdoor ceremony under the pines. Stephanie was walked down the aisle by her mom and, again, Thomas’ reaction was so pure. Stephanie’s late father had the best seat in the house, watching her marry the love of her life from Heaven. Their ceremony was so personal which made the day even that more perfect.

Ceremony and Venue Details

The Pinewood Venue is a statement piece on its own. Not a ton of decor is needed because of its beauty, inside and out. Stephanie and Thomas Decorated their ceremony and venue space with white florals and it was the perfect accent to the space. Their ceremony arch was a broken arch with all florals and it is my favorite arch I have shot this far.

Reception

Right after the ceremony, the wedding coordinator, Megan, took Thomas and Stephanie to do a first look of their reception all decorated and lit up. This was the coolest thing I have done! Absolutely loved this idea. We got photos of them looking at their space and in the space. I HIGHLY recommend doing this! Right after, Thomas and Stephanie kicked off their cocktail hour with their guests by doing a champagne tower, took some photos in their photo booth, and did a private cake cutting. There were so many good toasts from family and friends, first dances, and lots of mingling.

Reception Details

These reception details and decor are what dreams are made of! From the neon signs, to the signature drinks, to the table scapes. Every little detail was perfection. Even though the reception space is white, the white florals made the space look so luxurious and elegant. It was the perfect touch. Stephanie and Thomas also included a camper photo booth from Northernly. It was such a fun addition to their reception.

Sunset Photos

I always, always recommend doing sunset photos. But, these top it. Stephanie is a photographer herself, check out her work here. So, obviously we had to get her behind the camera for a few shots! However, I could have her in front of my camera all day! Her and Thomas took way too many good photos, clearly.
